EMOTE is used to express emotions or perform actions. For example:
if Quirky typed: emote winks and grins.
Everyone in the room would see: Quirky winks and grins.
A comma , is a synonym for EMOTE.
Besides using EMOTE, there are several hundred built-in SOCIALS,
such as CACKLE, SMILE, or HUG (type SOCIALS or HELP SOCIALS for
a full listing). Most socials can have a target to them, for example:
If your name was Filbert, and you typed "hug crystaline" and she was in the room,
You would see: You hug Crystaline.
and she would see: Filbert hugs you.
PMOTE is used to express emotions much like EMOTE, except you
can use another person's name in the message and it will be
treated accordingly. For example:
Quirky is in a room with Phrosh, and Quirky types:
pmote winks and grins at Phrosh.
Phrosh would see: Quirky winks and grins at you.
but everyone else would see: Quirky winks and grins at Phrosh.
POSE causes you to "strike a pose" characteristic of your class.
