| PERMISSIONS
By submitting an area and/or code to Aarchon, you agree to the following:
1. That the area or code you've submitted is your own work, not the
plagurized work of someone else.
2. That the staff of Aarchon has permission to use the area or code
indefinitely, in any incarnation or address of Aarchon operating under
any name. No saying, "I'm deleting, and I hate this MUD now, please
take down my area." or "The mud's moving? Well take out my code before
you open back up."
3. That the area and/or code becomes property of the implementor of Aarchon,
and can be modified any way the immortals see fit. This does not imply
that the implementor has exclusive ownership of the area or code and
that the author does not. Nor does this imply that the implementor has
any right to distribute your area or code.
Also, although it's certainly not required: if you later give the
area or code to another MUD, we'd appreciate it if you let us know via
email or Aarchon note.
If you can't live with these rules, don't send us any areas or code.
Hopefully, we can all behave like human beings and maintain the grass
roots spirit of MUDding--and never have to refer to this legalese.
