Paradigm Industries
Rules of Company Conduct.
1.ALL channels require use of IN CHARACTER dialogue.
What this means is that you must remain in character when you are using
EVERY channel at all times. There is no such thing as OOC.
EXCEPTIONS: Using tells does not require you to be in character, although
it is encouraged, and using SAY within the corporate halls ONLY.
Violation of this is punishable with loss of stock power.
2.You do not have to actually like everyone in the company, BUT you
are required to work together. Make your workplace bearable and be nice to
the janitors, or you may find your laptop underneath a pile of rubbish.
3.This company is NOT a democracy. Decisions will be made that you
may not agree with. It is free enough that you may voice your opinions, and
they will be considered, but sometimes in order to increase our share value,
we have to do things that you normally would not approve of.
4.No stocks, whether Public or Private may be GIVEN away. They
ALL must be sold with some sort of transaction. Otherwise this devalues
them.
5. No ranks or positions will be 'handed out' by the administration.
ALL ranks and positions must be bought using a combination of QPs,
Stocks, and Gold. (information available within Corporate HQ)
