| Mummies are undead risen from the preserved corpses of ancient god-kings. Their attacks may inflict cursed wounds that do not heal naturally. Any creature taking damage from a mummy's attacks, be they physical or magical in nature, must succeed on a saving throw or suffer the mummy's curse, unable to heal their wounds while the curse persists. Worse yet, their slam attack has the ability to inflict a horrible affliction known as mummy rot, causing their victims to shrivel up and decompose. |
