A battle meter is a small monitor (built into either a piece of equipment or a cyborg's body) which shows how a fight is progressing quantitatively. In other words, one using a battle meter can see both how healthy their opponent is and exactly how painful each attack is. Percentages and numberical values are displayed in addition to the normal damage and combat messages you would see. |
