Skalds use their songs to inspire violent fury within themselves and their
companions, hurling themselves headlong into battle. Their viscous training
turns their blades into deadly weapons as they dance between their foes.
When in a state of frenzy themselves, skalds will transfer some of their rage
onto others they inspire with their passive songs. This increases the bonuses
granted by these songs, but reduces defenses (for inspiring song only).
The furious ballad song grants each member of the skald's party an extra
attack, with a 50% chance for an additional off-hand attack if dual wielding.
Furthermore, base damage dealt is increased by 1/3, but all defences (dodge,
parry, block, etc.) are reduced by 10%. These benefits and penalties only
apply while the character is fighting offensively.
Wailing while singing a furious ballad will take less time than usual.
