Some are hardier than others, not letting themselves be turned from their
chosen purpose. When a character with true grit stands on the brink of death,
(meaning they have 1 hp), they have a chance to shrug off the damage taken
and hold out some more.
Any hitpoint damage absorbed reduced moves by the same amount, and as the
character tires, sudden death becomes ever more likely. This is a passive
skill requiring no command to user.
