cast portal <destination> or cast nexus <destination>
The portal spell opens up a one-way portal to a target destination. (Nexus creates a
two-way portal.) The choices of destination are listed when either spell is called
with the "locate" option. You cannot portal/nexus out of no_recall rooms.
Without a specific power source, the portal will quickly fade after casting it
and may have a chance of being "buggy" and sending people to random locations.
Unfortunately, the secret of this material component has been lost...
To enter a portal or nexus, use "enter portal" or "go portal".
