| Syntax: cast 'energy drain' <victim>
This spell sucks away mana and moves from its target and increases the
caster's mana and moves by a percentage of the amount drained.
If the victim is already drained of mana or moves, more will be drained
from the other stat. Draining a person's energy is an inherently evil
thing to do, thus your alignment will be altered by use of this.
Similarly, use of a weapon with a vampiric, energy drain, or exhaustion
flag will have an effect on your moral standings as well.
