Syntax: cast 'dispel magic' <target>
cast 'cancellation' <target>
cast 'cancellation' <self|target> <spell>
Both of these spells remove magical effects from the target. Dispel magic
is an attack spell, whereas cancellation can only be used on allies (if they
have 'nocancel' turned off). Both of these spells may remove both harmful
or benign affects on the target.
The chance of dispelling is based on the level of the spell effect. Permanent
spells (such as a mob's sanctuary) are much harder to remove. Not all spells
can be dispelled; notable examples are poison and plague.
