Clan EQ must follow the specifications below. All equipment must follow normal
building specs. Work with your clan immortal to determine what is allowed.
If a double-slot (ring/neck/wrist) is used, then you may only have one item
at that level range. The elite and elder (90 and 91+ pieces) must occupy the
same slot (non double-slot) so that they cannot be worn together.
The general rules for OP values are that the following each cost 1 OP :
10 Hp/Mn/Mv, 1 HR/DR, -1 Saves, -10 AC, +4 to a Stat.
Negatives give 2/3 of their value back.
The cap on stats is +10 for under level 90, and 10+(remort) for hero level EQ.
