| Syntax: cast 'chill touch' <victim> This spell causes the temperature of the caster's hands to drop below freezing for the moment the caster touches the victim's skin. The effect is similar to what the victim would feel if s/he stuck his/her tongue to a metal bar and ripped it free. The chill partially remains with the victim after the initial pain is gone, causing his/her strength to be slightly lower than normal. |
