Step right up to the nearest Bounty Hunter and place a dollar sign on the
forehead of your enemies! Has someone severely ticked you off?? Set the
Bounty Hunters of the realm to hunt that person down! If they're pkill, even
PLAYERS can join the hunt, and get a reward for the kill! You choose the
reward, and you (of course) pay before the deed is done.
Assassins do not need to be near a bounty hunter to use these commands, but
a man by the name of Cletis can be found in Bastion to help out anyone else.
