This channel was brought about to help keep talk on gossip channel under
control. Use this channel for petty bitching, any profanity or insults, or
anything that could be considered offensive to others. This way, people can
simply turn off the channel if they do not wish to hear it, and they don't have
to miss conversations that would normally occur on gossip channel. Using this
channel is VERY strictly enforced, and the use of GOSSIP for things that
belong on BITCH channel may result in a loss of all channel priviledges.
